Welcome back BOB!!!!!
Bob you are the one that draws my attention more then anyone, you are one of those people in the rooms at this point in my sobriety I need the most to help me maintain my sobriety.
I assume you got sober using AA, just a few of the phrases you used led to that conclusion! Having that many years sober I would imagine that there were clues, things you either stopped or started doing that eventually led to the relapse. If you do not mind could you share them.

Dont know if any one is out there, bad couple of days, relapse all around me and a suicide attempt all in my home, with only 31 days it has been rough but I did it with the advice and support of my sponser. Nobody died but would have if not for the simple reason I went to a Sunday morning meeting and took the right car , long story made short Thank God. Just really drained.
