Edit: I like the Subway Club too, but the dang bacon's also a no-no on my diet.

Dunno. But I read his story on the Subway website and couldn't believe that it's actually true. I can see how it would work too, now that I'm using Weight Watchers.

6" Spicy Italian on wheat bread with everything including jalapenos, yellow peppers, salt and pepper, vinegar and oil. I put myself through college working at a Subway and still love it to this day.

I'm in South Louisiana and I can promise you that Subway is not food. It is Soylent Green. We eat poboys here. Poboys are food.

I like tuna on whole wheat with pepper jack cheese and all the trimmings except pickles and onions, extra jalepenos, cover it it chipole sauce and I am good to good. Gotta have the Lays classic chips to put in your sandwich too. Guess what I'm having for lunch today?

Well, my Italian BMT i had yesterday
was cut smaller on one side and larger
on the other.....i ate the smaller side
first and still was hungry....

Guess what?

I ate the entire thing....woofed it down....

it was delicious....

Red onions on Tuna gives it that extra kick, flavors...mmmm

man, I wasn't hungry, as I just ate some lunch, but I sure am now! hahaha... My favorite is the Chicken Teriyaki (however you spell that) with LOTS of black olives and tomatoes, some lettuce and sweet onion sauce on the honey oat bread. Cheese, sometimes I get it, sometimes I don't. But when I do, love the provolone! AND it's 5 dollar foot longs! WOOT WOOT!

Each week i try something new.

So far ive eaten Tuna on Wheat,
then Chicken Terriyaki on Wheat,
Steak & cheese, Subway Club and
yesterday the Italian BMT.

All loaded with lettuce, tomatoes,
black olives, red onions, pickles
sometimes, spicy mustard and
of course the jalapenos.....

I cant wait till next week to
try something new.

Chicken Bacon Ranch or Spicy Italian
hmmmmmm....Decisions decisions....
