One thing I am really good at....

Wanted to find out where you all fit into this spectrum, but even my best bro said to me yesterday. "JB, you take care of EVERYONE else first before you do anything to you!" I have always done that from elderly parents when I was young, to girlfriends, to wives. Its no wonder that when I would use alcohol to relax it became the dominant form or relief....
