Just look at it as an awesome experience or learning curve, you never know, you might get over all those fears and end up loving it and your brain will be so focused on accomplishing the task that you won;t even have time to think about drinking.
And stepping out of your comfort zone is important when in recovery. I always say to myself " get comfortable being uncomfortable" because I know that when Im feeling uncomfortable about a situation then I am moving out of my comfort zone and it's time to learn something new.
Well thats just my opinion....

Well since it's booked, and since I just KNOW you'll get through it sober.. wont it be great to look back and think "well if I got through THAT, I can get through anything!"

Where are you going?
Try to read up on it and get familiar with what is there and what you are going to be doing.
Talk to your doctor about your trip and agraphobia. Maybe he/she can prescribe something for the anxiety.
At leqast you will have your woman with you to make it a little easier.
Have a good trip. You can do it sober and will enjoy it more.
