I changed my date too...I hope it sticks this time.
I find more strenght in myself when there are other's starting on the same day as I am...almost like a little support group.
Let's see if we can hang in there and do this together.

I absolutely love this forum....Thank you so much for welcoming me back.
I come in here and read all the time...even when I was messing up, I can't get enough of this place and the people who are in it. When someone doesn't post for awhile, I end up missing them and hope that everything's alright.

My friend at work took me down to an AA meeting about 4 weeks ago and i posted in the AA forum here about doing 90 meetings in 90 days blah blah blah!!!!!!!!!!!!
This time im just gonna head down AA, say alright guys in am alcoholic and my names cliff and i want to live sober...then keep going to meetings, follow in Dime's footsteps and start living life again...sober! It's so easy and we all seem to make it so difficult for ourselves...Day 1 is quite cool actually cos i am less that impressed with my efforts on the 150 days i had yesterday!!!!!

Welcome back dayatatime. Sounds like yesterday was a rough day with a lot of casualties. Was it a full moon?
Whatever your program is make sure you work it and if you feel you are slipping come on before and let a bunch of someones talk you out of it. It couldn't hurt.

Why do we even count days? Seems silly to me. Maybe we should count behavior changes or new interests or...maybe new friends?
