I had an idea of getting my next tattoo (already just got one last month) but down the road of a clocktower with no hands on the clock with "everyday struggle" in regards to my soberity. I heard though that this is a prison tattoo that is looked at as "doing time". Are we doing just that? Not sure if I will illustrate it myself or what but looking for feedback.......

I hadn't heard of that tattoo before, but I wonder if you can think of something positive to reflect the changes you've made, and the BETTER way you live! I don't struggle every day, I live, so freely and so without bonds.. I can't imagine reflecting my sobriety as a struggle now, or a prison.. quite the opposite!!

I had thought of getting a few more tattoos of some flowers known to represent honesty, integrity, and rebirth.. now I just have to get it drawn and done

You are right, I guess sometimes I just think of my past and what is going to continue. I do however need that positive nurishment time and time again. Thanks for the feedback.
