Thank you all so much for your continuing support. I'm more determined this time than the last time I had 30 days to stay sober, one day at a time.:ghug And with all this support, the journey is easier and less lonely.

this has been such an up and down day - now it's down, way down. i wish i felt like i deserved your accolades, but i don't feel like i deserve anything good. i'm sober and will stay that way, but for what?? this depression is kicking my ass really bad. i am worn out and tired of it all
