Hi Ess, yep.

I have eaten better today, gone for a walk in the sun and watched some new Eckhart Tolle stuff I found on Youtube. YouTube - 01-Eckhart Tolle interview from Living Luminaries

I still have no energy but it will come eventually.

I am right here with you, Stone, as I can relate to this greatly. Thank you for sharing this.

Meditation is a pathway to sanity, and seeing the true nature of things.

Hi James, I am glad you can relate.

I must admit I don't actually meditate much but I do try to be mindfull as much as possible.
When I am feeling a bit better I will be doing some (fat persons) yoga, I always meditate after that.

Good luck and I hope you pop by my lil thread often.

Good morning Stone. I have the same problem with meditation. I am a bit intimidated by it, but I want to get it. Came across this after watching the Living Luminary video you posted.

YouTube - Eckhart Tolle - What is Meditation?

Hi Horselover, I find it easier to try to be mindful in everyday life, I think he gives some good tips for that here YouTube - Eckhart Tolle: Uncut Interview, Part 1

Meditation is mostly an exercise to train mindfulness IMO. Once you have felt that mindfulness you can slip into it during your day more easily.

I still want to set time aside for actual sitting meditation (I find the discipline of that hard), after yoga is good because you are aware of your body.

By Laura S.
at the moment. This is a good review of it.

To be honest, I am finding it a bit of a struggle! I preffered Kevin Griffin's "One breath at a time".

Also, don't be intimidated by meditating, I know it can seem hard and mystical and stuff. I think everyone who starts meditating thinks they aren't doing it right.
I just concentrate on my breath, in and out. When thoughts come I try to observe them rather than get caught up in them, I try not to judge the thoughts too. That's it. That is meditating! After a while you will notice gaps in the thoughts, just don't expect to be able to not think for ten minutes, lol. The main thing is to be fully "present".
