relapse and the shakes
Did l ever have the worst relapse of my life, after 133 days.
Now l am shaking like a leaf and the wife will leave me.
When will l ever learn ?
l have no booze in the house or any money.
Everyone is very p@@@ off at me.
What a mess.
Hope you are all well and have a clean and sober day.

Sorry, I didn't see you were in Holland. I hope things go better today. Stick close to SR it helps and take it as slow as you need. Try to drink some fluids and vitamins. You can get back on track... For some relapse is part of recovery and now I can look back at my relapse as another learning tool for my kit. I know that probably doesn't sounds helpful right now but you will get back on track.

I can't even count all the times everyone was p!ssed at me, I keep running out of fingers and toes, lol.
All kidding aside, you just have to try again today, that's all anyone can ask of you. Just don't stop trying, get back on the horse, dig in your spurs and ride on.

Hey penny 74
I remember being where you are.
There is a way out, man. Start simply - don't drink today.
Stay here and read, post as much as you like.
Then repeat that tomorrow.
The path is a long one and the hill can look high - but little steps is the way.
Welcome
