Thank you Nicki and to everyone else here at SR! 
You all are so wonderful and awesome and have been a huge help in my recovery and I'm sure backporch's recovery as well. We both share the same sober date 2009FEB05. My counting is today is day 29, but, 2009FEB05 to 2009MAR05 is a month I suppose no matter how it's added up. I really appreciate this place and all the wonderful people here because it has made this past month so much better than if I had've stuck to my normal 'lone ranger' attitude. I'm also very grateful to be celebrating a month with someone as wonderful as backporchpoet. She is another wonderful and great person here and I'm lucky, honored, and privileged to be here with all of you. Thank you all for being a great family and thank you all for the support, encouragement, love and hope.

Thank you so much everyone! One month is really a great feeling and it definitely gives me the self confidence to know that I really can do this! I remember being on here the first day talking to Wes who was going through the exact same thing as me. And here we are a month later thanks to everyone on this board! Thank God for SR!!!

I'm only jealous cos I never thought of it and waited 9 months to get to a short month.

It is wonderful to not be alone and to be with and around people who understand! By being here on SR and going to meetings I'm slowly learning how to not be anti-social and that it's okay to be around people. One thing I'm slowly learning and working on. I do have to learn how to be more outgoing and be a people person. At least I can learn here and at meetings around people who completely understand. It's a great feeling. And I appreciate every single person here so much more than anyone could ever know. Once again thank you all for the love, support and encouragement!!!

Wes my friend, We have come a long way!!! look at it and feel good about it. BPP great work.
I took my 30 day chip last Saturday and the feeling was incredible.
