Hello again,
I'm still here and on day 7. I was a bad girl though....
I ate a half a bag of chocolate eggs...Yikes!
Now, I feel guilty about that
Gesh, about 20 minutes after I consumed the chocolate, I felt the sugar rush take over....LOL! I never had that happen before.
I hope everyone is doing well tonight.

Congratulations on one week sober!
Don't worry about the chocolate eggs, I think we've all gorged ourselves on sugar and chocolate in early sobriety. Tomorrow I am going to load up on chocolate because I know I'm going to need it in the coming days.

Congrats on 1 week. So far that has been the hardest week for me.
I have been trying to quit processed sugar since my gut has increased in size since I quit drinking. It has been 10 days for that. You probably need extra sugar for the first month though so enjoy it.
