Yup, alcohol is not a good drug and thanks for posting that link. I just heard recently that even one drink a day might not be good for women - not sure about men.

It's scary to think about what I have done, not just with alcohol, but weed (and an assortment of other drugs). My brain probably looks like it's been floating in a giant beer filled bong, pickled and resinated...
