Ain't gonna pretend to be an expert, hopefully someone else will jump in that knows more, it may be though that you'd be better starting a thread in " Newcomers to Recovery " instead of in the Daily support bit which is here.

Anyways, if its help and support you're looking for you'll find it here, once you can get posting right enough, stick with it though.
