Been up and down but it's 11:30, almost bed time and this may be my fisrt alcohol free day in a long time. Hope for many more.

Went to doc and got b12/multi shot and lorazepan to help detox. wonder how/if I'll sleep tonight!!

Solice! Congrats on day one! As you will read on many of the threads here... sleep can be a real issue in early recovery... but being tired is a lot better than being hung over and eventually sleep does come. Good luck to you!
