I have only been sober for 9 days & its been one day at a time, if I started thinking weeks, months, years ahead then it would be way too much to handle.
Just don't pick up that first drink & you will be fine, you can do this.

:praying:praying:prayingThank u very much ! at the time I need all the help I can get, matter of a fact I will probally need it 4ever (our little secret huh) well what ever. I''m trying to fight these DEMONS off of me and live life. I don't know from one minute to the next if I am coming or going...So glad I found this sie where I can actually vent w/o shame!!!! and hopefully get better !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
