So, I got my day started with an AA meeting early this morning. So got my day started off to a really good start. Went over to me temporary sponsors house after the meeting to help him with some firewood for the upcoming week that's supposed to get back down to lower tempratures. Unfortunately didn't get to get a whole hell of a lot accomplished. He was up on the ladder gettnig a couple branches cut off before cutting the tree down and of course down he comes ladder and all. Got the wind knocked out of him pretty good and sore back and leg. So we ended up calling it quits, his wife dropped me off at home before taking him to go get x-rays to make sure everything is okay. I should be getting a call from him later to find out how he's doing. But, other than that it's been a pretty good day. And happy that I'm on day 10 and feel great. Hope everyone else is doing well today. And thank you all for letting me be part of the SR family and share.

OzSandy it does feel great getting my life back. And to everyone else, thank you all and the SR family, I wouldn't have made it to day 10 without this place! Hope my new found friend is good as well. I'm waiting by the phone to hear from him and his wife to find out if everything is okay.

I too had a pleasant productive AA day...

I was on here doing SR service work
A sponsee came over to do Step work.

Then we went to a noon meeting...both of us shared
On to Wal-Mart and lunch out in a new cafe.

Congrats on the 10 days. I cant wait to get there. I hope your friend is ok. That sounds like it was no fun. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the positive energy you bring to SR and our family.
