Friday night

Okay, I'm preparing myself for a sober weekend. Usually by this time I would be well into the wine. I have got a stack of trashy magazines and a good book to keep me busy and bought a nice hot chocolate drink mix. I am trying to think about how much more energy I will have tommorrow than usual.

Hey.
Good for you.... weekends can be a b*gger to get through..
But you've got a plan and thats important.
Do whatever works for you.
Watch movies... eat chocolate... just be good to yourself and....
come on here as and when you need to.... all day if necessary.... if no ones around theres also the Cafe cental (I think its called that) at the bottom of the main forum pages... it has so light relief stuff in it....
Also in the stickies at the top of this forum theres things to do.... just a list of stuff to keep us all busy.
I bet you'll have loads of energy... no hangover... and would have saved afew bob in your pocket too.....
Sounds like a good weekend to me...

Enjoy it anyhow and take care

Be well

Good luck on the weekend Hanelle, weekends really worried me the first 2...seems I came out ok though so far. Keep busy, seems to work for me....also tried to keep out of situations that may trigger me...

SR really helps.

Peace

You will be surprised how much more you get done on a weekend without drinking. It's incredible. Keep telling yourself how proud you are, you are taking the step!!! YES!

It is always a good idea to plan your work and work your plan. We expect a book report on the book you read on Monday.
