Immunity
We have seen the truth demonstrated again and again:"Once an alcoholic, always an alcoholic."Commencing to drink after a period of sobriety,we are in a short time as bad as ever.If we are planning to stop drinking, there must be no reservation of any kindnor any lurking notion that someday we will be immune to alcohol.

Thought to Ponder . . .
If we want to quit drinking, we are going to have to quit drinking.

I am under no delusion as to what would happen if i drank again, i would be pissed and stumbling in at 6am and then for the next week i would be a broken wreck crying my eyes out thinking about killing myself. I have accepted this and know this to be ture without any doubt whatsoever. It took me years to accept this, i am certain that is the only reason i now have a few months sobriety behind me.
