Great job on making it through without drinking! I can't believe I've made it since Wednesday (sober 3 whole days) without drinking. I was the drink from 5am-11pm type and wake up in between to sneak some drinks in, so I'm amazed at myself. But you're doing great making it through like this! Keep up the great work! And keep trying!

I don't know if it is my confidence, but it does feel nice. I am only on day 2 but I think making it through a friday and then a saturday is a good start.

It IS a new experience....you are going to wake up feeling so good about yourself......that's the key........and it just gets better!! Enjoy! And remember to take good care of yourself, fluids, etc.....pamper yourself.....and be proud of yourself!
