Day 3 starts here
Not sure entirely how this site works and if there are many users in UK time... But I would just like to say good morning and thank you for the support.... I have not felt so alive for a long time, it feels wonderful... I almost do not know where to start with my day I feel so good, so I thought I would start here x

Hi Iriss......I LOVE to start my day here. I really care about the people hear and love checking in to see how they are all doing.....good or bad, we are here for each other. I am glad you feel great on day 3. Let me let you in on a secret:

Welcome Iriss form Canada. There are several UK members here and from everywhere else do there is likely to be someone around 24/7. There is plenty of support here so post away, always somebody anxious to through in their 2 pence worth. You are off to a good start as the first week is the toughest I think.
