Just want to start somewhere
 

Hi

I just want to start somewhere! Day 2 sober, probably 4 or 5th attempt some attempts went days some went months. Feeling positive have understood the need for alternative coping strategies.

Hoping for some support and to be able to give support back.

Welcome! I'm new to this site (and recovery as well) and I have found this quite helpful. It helps me when I start to talk myself into drinking that first beer, which is the one that gets me in trouble!:c009:
