Back on the band wagon
Or is that off the band wagon?
Doesn't really matter I guess, but what does matter is that I've decided to give sobriety another go.
I was sober for 76 days last year during which time I attended quite a few AA meetings, until the day came when I decided to pick up a drink again. Not that drinking has been bad since that time, but I just really have a feeling I don't want it anymore. Not sure what lays ahead, but I'm excited to find out.
I'm currently on Day 11 which I'm pretty happy about... just taking it one day at a time as they say haha.
Anyway, just wanted to say hi and wish everyone the best, especially all the newcomers as I know from personal experience how hard a time it really is when you first give it up.
Cheers
