Thank you all to your responses to my 1st post on here. In some ways being on here backs up AA, TTOSTB, I have read BB cover to cover and re-read in bits fairly often, I have 12/12 which I haven't read and I have also done about 25 meetings a few months back now. But with every reply I see a different angle.

Pinkcuda to differentiate between would and could. I just want my HP to do it for me, I have asked so I should receive. But you're right my HP could help but he wont take the glass from my hand that's up to me. This isn't magic, shame magic would be easier.

Dgillz as before the hyphen makes sense, step 4 does worry me I am unhappy in some areas of my life, alcohol does blot that a little but I don’t hold resent towards anyone.

Nelco I like we but I don’t like to ask for help, I will proudly help everyone else with their problems but wont ask them to help me, “I don’t need their help, I can do it and why would they want to help me anyway” I am on here looking for opinions which from what I have had have been helpful, so I am asking for help, face to face help, oh no too hard to ask for, am working on that.

Stone, thanks for your comments and your links, I haven’t listened to them yet but will do.
