Wow
Toss that bottle, it just makes you think you're feeling better. It never works, you know that. We have to find other ways to deal with stress...it will always return. If each time stress hits us and we take to the liquor, we'll never leave the craythur. Throw your shoulders back and take the deepest breath you have ever taken. That is life, plain and simple. Air into our lungs and from there, it spreads through out our entire cell structure. And as we become conscious of our breath, stress will dissipate, leaving us in a much better place than the bitch bottle ever will.
Peace, Friend,

C23,
Tomorrow is a new day! For us, there are always reasons to drink/use! Have support lined up for you in times as these... we just can't do this on our own otherwise the bottle wins, once again!
Can't wait to get you back -- SOON!! I'm praying for you, friend!

I got to go with these other folks. There are more effective way for dealing with stress.
All you're doing here is digging yourself a deep hole - we're instinctive creatures - it's gonna be that much more harder to deal with stuff without booze next time.
Stop now - see you back in harness ASAP

Just come back and try again. Just because the enemy gets in a lick doesn't mean that the fight is over. Don't let it be a knockout punch.
Sorry for the boxing analogy. I was just reading another post about boxing.
