Oh, so you like those endorphins too??? Remember those good feelings. I have to remind myself of the good things as well as the bad, like how I felt when I started recovery.

I am so happy for you that your light hearted. You and I started our recovery around the same time. Like others here, I have appreciated your honesty and generosity. You have said many deeply meaningful things, about yourself, your recovery, and the obvious love you have for your family.

You make a difference in your world and ours, here on SR!!

BTW, I had an awesome day today too. Went skiing this AM with my wife, and we didn't talk about recovery all morning!! Went to the dentist (well, that wasn't so great) and he started talking about all the great beers and pubs in Ireland and I didn't even get that horrible knot in my stomach... I just told him that I liked Bass Ale, well, I said, I used too like it... . It was a great AA meeting tonight at my home group. Life is good here too.

Hi my friend,

Glad things are going so well. I need to work out and have gotten really into it in the past. Hope to start up on that soon. I LOVE being sore!

Thanks for your friendship
