TCM & anyone else.... Help! I've asked to be informed on how to highlight just portions of a post to quote it -- not the entire thing. I haven't gotten any directions on how to do this yet. Can you tell me????

And that is a nice way for me to end this thread I think. Each time I see the title it has negative connotations and that is unfair seeing how positivly it has turned out. I dont intend to start another thread with that title!

Thanks to everyone for posting on it!

Well I am glad you are relizing that it isnt what you really wanted and are being aware. Maybe its more of just habit and ritual than really wanting it. Since you arent really enjoying it. Keep posting. Just keep trying.

Just got directions. I'll tell you.... You hit the quote buttom, and then highlight the areas you DON'T want in the msg and hit delete. Be sure that what you want to quote is still surrounded in the quotes. FYI...

Day 14 was very hard for me as well. Keep focused TCM, you can do this. The craving, when it comes, never lasts forever. Everytime you resist its power lessens a little. Starve it to death.
