1.5 hours running. Absolutely beautiful outside. The smell of native concord grapes fill the air along the remote roads I run on... best smell ever!

90 minutes of running and I didnt want to stop (except for the first 15 minutes).

Today I am planning a 20 mile bike ride with a guy in my Sunday morning AA meeting. We have a big climb up to a reservoir, up a country road... Perfect weather.

Hey EW?... Stober? is that like a natural high, stoned plus sober equals stober

10 mile mountain bike ride with GF. Can actually do mid-day activities outside now in this town!!!

Felt a little pull from the beer stands last night, resisted and had fun... Stober typo intentional... Meant it in a sense that being at a Concert without pharmacological enhancement was a little surreal...In a good way.

Well my ride turned into kind of a difficult afternoon. My riding partner, hit a speed bump at the bottom of a hill we were riding down... I guess he didn't see it... Had to be med-e-vac'd out... he was wearing a helmet, but he just hit too hard... whew... Thank God rescue got there real quick after I called 911...

Just talked to his wife... bad concussion, but no bleeds or anything... he'll be out of work for a week or two...

Monday afternoon, slight rain, started 5.5 mile run anyhow.

During the run the sun came out and it was a beautiful day.

Tennis on Saturday then did nothing Sunday and Monday.

Today I went to to the gym. Ran 11k, did some weights and managed a new record of 92 chin ups.

Rode one of the aerobikes for an hour today. When I run I burn about 1000 calories in an hour but on the aerobike it's about 600. The areobike kills me though and my legs are like jelly afterwards. Running is much easier for me despite what the calorie counter says.

After the bike I did some weights and chins. Had to cut it short as I had an appointment with the optition.

Sympathy and empathy to your friend Mark. Broke my collar bone a couple months ago. Only upside was the vicodin ( also downside as I enjoyed mixing it with ghetto beer).

17 mile bike ride.. 14 mph avg. Lowest high so far this fall at 93.

Ran 10k today but at a high gradient so I burned quite a lot of calories. Then managed to do 100 chin ups and some weights. I have callouses on my callouses now.

I've had a good week. I've changed things up quite a bit. I've ran fast, ran slow, ran at a high gradient and used the bike.

Tennis tomorrow, weather permitting.
