"Whew, I thought I killed the thread so I stayed off for a few days!!!" Nope... that's just the negative way we think sometimes... everyone is not only welcome, but encouraged, to post here.

5+ mile run in the sun. Nice breeze blowing most of the time.

Ran about 10 miles Wednesday in 3+ mile segments. I'd run the 3.+ miles and then get hosed down with water, then back out for another run.

I'm not a fan of the high heat (90's) we've been having... but I needed to run. Bike today I hope!

Just back from the gym.

I ran my usual 10k, and despite not exercising for 8 days, and had a really great and comfortable run.

I then again did my usual routine of chin ups and press ups, then worked my triceps. After a weeks vacation the chin ups and pull ups were really tough and I got no where near my regular numbers.

As always felt great on having a shower and leaving the gym.

Nice Monday 72F degree 5 mile run with some cool breeze blowing.

The football teams are practicing now, pretty soon the bands will be practicing too.

Fall is rapidly approaching.

Another beautiful day here.

Ran another really good 10k. Did some chin ups and push ups, more than yesterday but still struggling. Then did weights for chest and shoulders. Again tough but a good toughness.

Worringly my weight has increased. I don't really weigh myself much, usually only when I feel I've lost some. My weight has increased by 3kg since I've been sober. Have no idea why though.

Another 10k today, still comfortable. I even seem to be starting to sweat a little later. Then some chin ups and push ups, both are nearly at where I was before vacation. I finished with some bicep exercises.

I'm feeling good.

I don't exercise on a Thursday (and Sunday) unless I've missed another day. So I'll be doing ziltch today.

As for calories I never put in my weight. The machine automatically sets the weight at 68kg, I think, and I'm about 79kg. Although I usually write that I run 10k it's actually a little more at I stop as soon as I reach 800 calories. This seems to be a comfortable amount for me and doesn't burn me out.

still doing the 45 mins on bike every day, working at fat burn rate (65/70% max heart rate) instead of cardio until end of september, split weights into 3 sections over 3 days, just light toning for now...
