(Tennis is a GREAT exercise activity... it gives me a killer legs/butt workout...! )

5-6 mile leisurely run around lunchtime today.

Turned up the music and watched all of the scenery go by.

Haha... tell me about it Tommy, that is exactly where I felt it the next day ;-)

Didn't stop me from going again yesterday & mountain biking though. Its funny seeing my friends jaw drop when they ask me what I did. My long list of physical activities, events & the amount of things I have been getting in is amazing.

Sure beats being a hungover mess & laying low at home lol

Its Fantastic!

Ran 5-6 miles again today, very relaxing, loved it.

Hopefully a weightroom workout later this afternoon.

Speaking in an in-patient rehab unit this evening. I'll expound upon the virtues of exercise.

I don't even know how people survive the stresses of life without working out! They finally opened the new super-gym about 5 miles from my house. I have been waiting to join one with a pool again, and my second day in I was already back to 800 meters (1/2 mile) no problem after an 8 month gym hiatus. It also has a racquetball court. I have never played, and I tried it the other day and I was covered in sweat like 5 minutes in!! Can't wait to play again tonight.

Lifted weights in the morning.

Went to a picnic.

Walked 36 holes of golf in 5 hours.

All the makings of a damn fine day.

Got some tennis in today & a good long walk. Put up a sheet in my bathroom to keep track of my weight & took some measurements.

Hopefully I can lose a few pounds & tighten up this tummy, all of that beer took its toll.

Hope everyone is well.

Yes, it is fun to keep track and reach fitness goals, good plan!

Sunday late afternoon 5 mile run... nice.

I eat a lot of fruit (grapes, pineapple) before I run now, it makes a big difference.

I hope the fitness bug is catching on!

Monday - off, rest day.

Tuesday - lifted, heavy bench, heavy abs, then went and ran 5-6 miles directly afterwards.

G-O-O-D workout. I am cooked.
