Friday - 78F degrees and h-u-m-i-d.

Walked 23 holes on the golf course and my butt was kicked.

Amazing how the heat can sap my energy.

Good workout.

Went to a picnic today, ate huge bowls of fruit.

Played some 'recovery songs' on guitar for a small audience.

Then ran 5 miles.

Feels good to run again, it has been a while.

Lifted weights down in the 'dungeon' this afternoon. Dumbbell arm curls.

It is a basement level weightroom at the local YMCA. Nothing pretty about it, no air conditioning, just a hard core workout facility... lol... figures that I love it.

Performed situps with a 25lb plate, a 35lb plate, and then a 45lb plate.

Marty - I'm a bogey golfer, I try to be short & straight, and fast.

Provider - do you realize how many people cannot even begin to run 1 mile? Good job.

Walked thirty some holes on the course today, I figure about 9-10 miles.

Loved it.

I love golf Tommy, dont walk around the course too much though, my mate is head chef at one of the best courses in Australia so we play for free and it includes a cart with GPS. Mind you doesnt improve my game much.
I did 40 minutes cardio today (a rarity for me) 20 on the rower and 20 on rower

Whoop... !!! Whoop... !!!

Weighed in at under 169 pounds today!

I told myself at 178 pounds that when I reached 168 pounds I would reward myself with a nice big greasy PIZZA....!! But ya know what...? I don't even want a pizza... I wanna lose about 8 more pounds... this feels GREAT...!

I got a couple of hours of tennis in today, played better than I have in years (who would of thought that it would be that much more fun when your not a complete hungover mess lol)

Now I am off to do some mountain biking along the ocean & then meet some friends for a Jazz festival in the park.

What a great sober day!
