My first 30 days felt HEROIC. I've said that before and I'm a little embarrassed because it sounds like I'm bragging. But i'm only saying it because I want to say that what you are doing right now is completely and utterly heroic. I truly know that. And like Trucker said, I had to take it hour by hour a lot of that time. Sometimes, minute by minute.

Stay with us. Keep posting. Don't give up. It gets easier. And you have so many good things to come.

thanks latte and mle-sober , at the moment Im quivering ( body saying wheres the booze!!!) but thankfully I have no money and no car and its raining so even tho I cant say Im fighting it the fact that I just cant is so dam welcome at present
