Now, UR drink of choice.
 
I am not a soda person I enjoy water, coffee and G2 (gatorade) When I go out to a bar or someones home I get either Sprite and Orange Juice which is awesome or tonic and lime. I stay away from Non-ALC beer i think that might trigger me to hit the suds again. :ghug:ghug

I think when i go out tomorrow night or if i don't i want some tonic and lime that sounds good right now, much better than something that will ruin me.

I switch around....from Water to Diet Coke...to Iced Tea/Lemon.
I've always been a fan of variety ...:laughing:

I live juice. I dont care what kind. Just juice of all sorts.
I really like that mango flavored iced tea too.

really important question. Finding the right next drink.

my favorite is lipton lemon iced tea, nothing tastes better for me, it has sugar in it, so i only use it when really needed. I was a tobacco chewer and my teeth don't really need more damage, so water and milk for the most part for me.

But sometimes i just really like those cheaper condensed frozen fruit juices, take them home and make it up in a pitcher, then drink the entire thing. like white grape juice and so on. I like hot tea at night, green or black. Decaffeinated for me, caffeine makes me nervous, and i'm always shooting for calmness.

Hope if you find something good you post it. I'm always open to suggestion. Take care.

Orange juice and lemonade....if i go out.
I work nights so plenty of coffee through the night and de-caff when i get home...

I love a good cup of coffee in the morning, herbal iced tea (home brewed) during the day and my one Coke Zero (I only allow myself one a day...I don't need another habit), and water (I could not live without the water/ice dispenser in my fridge).

I really really love espresso drinks (Mocha and Latte) but I don't tolerate the milk really well these days so I try to limit myself to once a month.

I'm all about enjoying the healthy, yummy things in life.
