Waking up to that emptiness that comes with an array of other emotions this morning. What screams in my head is "what am I going to do now"?... and "what am I supposed to do now"?

Yeah, #1 STAY SOBER! I get that. It's the mess I have to clean up and the fear of facing it. I quit my job (I had only for 3 weeks), I can't do massage right now due to being sooo weak....

I'm so OCD and my head just won't stop!!!! I did go to a meeting last night and raised my hand as a newcomer (usually I wont - PRIDE) and felt a sense of relief and love that baffled me because I assumed the judgement of what others think due to my lack of self esteem. Well, there was a step.

I want everything to immediately put itself back together again -- the Humpty Dumpty syndrome. I know it doesn't work that way yet I get so panicky. I'm not going to give in today and drink. I'll keep reaching out and pray things start coming together somehow.:wtf2


Day 2 --- not too easy! It took 5 days to detox this time and now just want a life!!! Frustrated and agitated big time!
