Talking Thank You Rebecca4 - for helping me find my brother!

As many of you know this has been a tough 10 months for me. I have had alot of troubling family problems.
Well this year is starting off on a much better note. Rebecca4 introduced me to facebook and it was there that I found my half brother who I've been looking for several years.
I cannot tell you how happy this makes me. He is 6 years older than me and we were close as kids and young adults. Our dad passed away in 1991 and I havn't seen Hal since. There were alot of hard feelings after the reading of the will.
Take my advise - money isn't that important in the long run - however family is.

Thank You Rebecca,
Love,
Suzette

I'm so happy for you! Yes, the money stuff after a death seems to tear families apart. And it's a shame. I'm so happy you reconnected!

Love,

Lenina

Thanks

Aww .. thanks Suzette.

I have made a lot of people I love sad over the last year.
When I look back, I cannot believe how irresponsible I have behaved and unkind I have been to the people I love dearly. I'm still try
You guys, especially Suzette, have often given advice and never judged and for that I am so delighted. I have often felt really alone, but everyone here always understands.
It is nice to know that in the small hours when on my computer in my little corner of the world, I have managed to make someone else a little bit happier in their corner of the world. That's a feeling you cannot buy and for that I am glad.

Love to you Suzette and everyone else

Becky - Thinking of you in your little corner of the world from my little corner of the world.

I have been chatting with my brother quite a bit - So many years have passed, but now somehow, it doesn't seem like that long ago at all.
Found out he has had alot of little kids since I last talked to him. 4 to be exact and the oldest is 7. He took in 2 foster kids who are in their teens. He also has another teenager and a grown daughter with whom I found him through. He is busier than I am with kids and he is 51. Poor Man. Just Kidding. lol

Wow, what a good man to foster. I think some of my problems stem from not eing able to have a child. We are at the doctors, but I suppose what happens happens.
I requested Hal as a friend, so if he wonders who I am you could explain.
I really am happy for you! I hope you have a reunion soon?!
I so know what you mean about money and family. It causes so much unhappiness sometimes but it is so not woth it!
I would like to live in a tent with my loved ones rather than a mansion on my own.
I am glad I have learnt this at 35 years old, rather than some of my familiy members who are in their 80's. For them I ma sad, but for me I am happy.
