Thanks everyone for all the great advice! I tried very hard to stay focused on the immediate tasks at hand today and fight down the feelings of being overwhelmed. And I managed to get quite a bit done. I need to realize it took me a long time to get to the state where I currently am and I can't change it all in one day. It is just so hard to see multiple requests for the same report and realize what a poor job I have been doing. But I can only go forward and know this time next year I will be celebrating a successful year! With all of you!!
