I havent posted a while but have lurked which is silly I know.
Im putting myself back into rehab a live in one for 3 months.
I wish I was stronger but Im not :0(

Yeah it's a funny thing. Even now when I am feeling off the beam, I'll go invisible and lurk. Not for long, though, which is good. It's about learning new behaviours and taking action, I think. Or, doing the opposite of what we want to do.

So, Ang, if ya wanna lurk, DON'T! Post instead! You are amongst friends. Wait until K sees that you are back - whenever your name comes up she asks about that giant chicken you had.

Ang :Val004: good to see you sweets! Please keep coming back here when you need too-that is what we are here for. No one is going to do a thing here but give you lots of love and support that you need!

Rehab is a good choice and I hope things work out for you-you are worth it sweetheart!

It really is a small world isn't it? I'm so glad I bumped/posted into you lol, and I'm glad to see you on here, it's much nicer to chat on here rather than put it out there for the judgemental people who post on the other site who have no understanding of addiction.

I hope I can be a bit of a support to you on your journey (even though I'm only day 28, but I'm generally an upbeat possitive person), and I'm looking forward to keeping in touch, please message me anytime, I'm generally about every day, but sometimes I shoot off to the shop etc... and stay logged in, so don't think I'm ever ignoring you :)

Don't give up! Seems like your making all the right choices now. Just think... stick with it and you'll always be so much happier than you were before. Lots of people struggle with many things in their lives and unfortunately this is just one of the things that all of us here have to deal with. But I know you can get through it and so can all of us! :)
