I get to go in early to work, which means more money to pay bills. Never thought I'd be happy about paying bills. Well, maybe happy isn't the word, but I am grateful I have a job and can pay some of my bills. We've had a homeless man come into the restaurant, every night for coffee and we feed him. He reminds me of all that I have to be grateful for.

Thanks Trish, I was out of town for Christmas. We went to Estes Park and stayed in a cozy cabin. It was so relaxing.

Whats good today.>Well I will tell you what s NOT good..I got called OUT of work tomorrow. Not enough rooms. BUT what is good is that I do have a job of some sort. Because let me tell you people...There are NO JOBS OUT THERE!!

So if you have a job be grateful.

Oh and even though we really dont have the money..Grams sprung for chinese take out. $10 big deal. It was oh so good.

My wife has finally found the carpet she likes and i dont have to look at samples anymore nodding my head and looking interested......lol

My daughter has asked me over for food and a hug ahhhhhh she is so sweet.

Also my daughter has decided that booze is over rated as she always does after christmas...lol

My rescue dog "tia" is starting to put on weight and has got a spring in her step.

Well, today is good cuz the Broncos play (ha.. yeah don't ask me about how that turns out) lol.

Another good thing is that I made cupcakes for absolutely no reason besides the fact that they sounded good.

And I'm still sober, and that is very good

What's good today? Well the fact that a chronic relapser like me can make six months sober - now that's good to me!

I'm off from work, tonight. It's a dark, drizzly day, today, so I decided to take a nap. My faithful, furbaby, Elvis (my avatar) curled up next to my head, on my pillow and I fell asleep listening to him purr.

I don't have cupcakes, but I did get some homemade cookies and goodies, and I am about to eat some of them

My cat stop crying and hasnt for awhile now. Maybe lettin her outside for the first time today did her some good. AMybe she is just feelin cooped up like the rest of us in winter time.
And she is sittin here eating steak with me. LOL..Spoiled little cat.

Well Today..I payed my very late Visa bill. So I wont be losing it. I thought I wouldnt have enough today. But I did and it is all set until Feb. I get to keep something I am working to get back.
Locked my keys in my car at Walmart tho. But thats where street smarts comes in handy..Nothing a screwdriver and some wire cant fix.
