Good Morning from Oz
Struugling this Chrissy morning as I am on my own, would normally be with my 22 year old daughter, but she is not talking to me...
went out to get some milk earlier and when I got to the General Store the two owners where full of Chriisy cheer and I came came out feeling much better.
Drove back home on the gravel road and literaly hundreds of Cockattoos and Paraqueets rose up in front of me (so colourful) and I got the message, slowed down and smiled, got home and the roos where drinking from the dam and the dogs where jumping out of their skin to see me, even though it had only been 30 minutes.
So much to be grateful for alive and well and with the help of people like you I heal day by day.
Hope you have a wonderful day.

Not being in Oz, I have a bit to wait yet for morning, but hoping my Roadrunner Family greets me when I go out to get the paper.
Enjoy your day!!!!!!
Love and hugs,
Woken early Christmas morning to 5 Kookaburras, laughing their heads off and bit later was serenaded by the beautiful song of a magpie. Was a lovely day from then on, with lunch at daughter's after fun time in pool as it was very hot here.
Being with family was wonderful, but being with HAPPY and SOBER abf was the top of the day for me, as have been together before for Xmas when he was sober, but not a happy man at those few times.
I thank God for that gift, and even for the scary changes coming into my life soon. To be without a known place to live, packing up my household possessions and having surgery later on, don't seem to bother me as much as they did at the start.
Am I learning patience, trust and hope at last, I wonder.
God bless
