Aw, ananda, don't beat yourself up. If I did that every time I felt ego at work, I'd be covered head to toe in bruises. I welcome the awareness that my ego and all its lovely cousins are at work. It's only when we can see those things that we can do anything about them.

And...AWG? I'm still head-scratching over that one.

You are normal (for an addict/alcoholic)!!! Thank God you have the guts to put it out there for us with no BS involved! Ride the waves because we're gonna have these crashes in our lives. At least you are letting it out where you feel safe! Maybe now you'll want to take it to your sponsor or someone else face-to-face???... Then again maybe not! Years ago I heard "It's all up and down from here"! True Dat! Also, "the destination lies in the journey".... Also, "no one ever promised us a rose garden".... okay, I'll stop now.

Thank you all so much for your tolerance and love and support.

Today I know what I need to do, and now it is simply a matter of taking the actions that simply have to be taken.

I truly care for those of you here at SR and have always wished the best for you.

The past few days I went through my own personal crisis of sorts...am coming out the other side now..ready to look at some solutions with my sponsor and close friends, some of them from here at SR.

Again...I cannot thank you enough for all the support and forgivnesss and love I have found here.

Ananda, dear....

I just read your last post and it brought tears to my eyes!!! We do go thru our personal crisis's of sorts and because we have so much love, tolerance, empathy and support for one another here at SR (and outside support) we CAN get thru the really low times. I am gratelful for you, your honesty and what I have found here at this site! I am so touched and honored that I found you and SR!
