i came across this earlier and thought i should post it here. Its a treatment scholarship program. I called the substance abuse administration to see if this was legal, and if they had any complaints from them. They said the treatment centers involved are legit and are pretty highly thought of. They are private residential treatment centers in California that probably cost 10 grand at least for 30 days.
