WOW...day 4...
 

WOW...day 4 and feeling amazing! Two items to note....DH had business dinner last night (usually that was a feeling of relief bc I could drink what I wanted) and I was FINE...FINE!!!!! And...today the four year old woke me up at 6:15 and I FELT FINE. Not sick...not tired...not grouchy...not still drunk...FINE FINE FINE!!!

With the exception of some sad/empty moments here and there and having some trouble actually getting to sleep (it's been years that I've had to sleep without wine or being tired/hungover)...I am doing ok.

I would have never believed it...

Sleep has been tough for me too, but I know it will get easier eventually.
