8th day and feeling Great
Well, nearing the end of the eigth day and feeling strong. Just did 2 miles on the treadmill and about to brew a cup of tea. I was wondering how Stephanie and Fiona are doing today. Hanging in I hope!:praying
Hey there! Good job on ur day 8! Im ending day 5. Didnt get my exercise in today tho...I had a final to take and got busy with other things. I just spent 30 minutes cleaning up all the ornaments that my son broke from my tree..he is 5'6" tall and 10 yrs old and seems to think he can fit under the xmas tree. I told him the other night to not get under the tree. I guess I dont know what Im talking about cuz he felt the need to get under it again. I told him to get out and wouldnt u know it...he did and the whole tree falls right over. 8 of these glass ornaments I bought last year, I waited for them to go on sale at Joann fabrics..were broke. All of them! oh mad I was. Course the whole time he is going it was an accident..well we wouldnt have had this accident if someone had listened to me...I dont say dont do something for no reason...omg...anyways...i just sent him to bed and now im going to bed. The hubby comes home tomorrow..so he can take over when he gets home..i need a break! lol I need a soak in the hot tub...i wish it was working! ok..off I go. On to la la land..yeah!

Good for you! Congrats on day 5! My 6 year old broke a rod in her closet yesterday and led up to telling me about it by saying "I know I'll be grounded for 20 years, but..." They are so cute.
Yeah hollyce! good job!
Yeah, dixie, kids can say the funniest things. sometimes it is hard to keep a straight face when u do have to punish them. I used to write down those moments cuz I knew i wouldnt be able to remember them. Of course I havent written them all down. But I do remember about 5 years ago my son did something and my husband was questioning him about it..mind u my stepkids were both here at the time too..sooo someone was lying..it came down to my stepson trying to get my son to go along with him and he said to my son..so r u saying im a liar? my son says nope, but ur not a truther..oh i thought it was the funniest thing...we all laughed over that. Then just the other night i heard that line said on a tv show..drake and josh or something like that..i thought how funny.

So do you all mind sharing a bit of your story? If it's to personal no problems, just thought it might make some good conversation, and more so, motivation for me because I am going to need it.
Also what moment did you really make a turn in the road and how did you do it?
