Day 6 and Thank you

I'm on day 6 after the 1 day relapse of my first attempt (230 days). I'm feeling great again. Back to eating healthy and working out every day. Thank you everyone for your caring words. I'll be hanging around for quite some time as I'm finding it very helpful.
