New Commer

Hi I am Haris, I am not even sure how to use this but I am pushing along. I am 47, Alcoholic twice a week. Truly tried to quit only once. Gave it up after 2 weeks. As I have heard from so many people starting with one day and that is today. Lets see what happens.

Dont have much confidence in my self.

Welcome to SR Haris, very glad to have you. I tried to quit drinking prob. 1000 times on my own..just doesn't work. Great intentions but no tools to do with. This forum is great, read and post..also AA, if you never been, try going...they greet you with open arms. They are just like you and I, you will get comfort, understanding and friendship there..Between the two, I am feeling different and sober. Keep posting, let us know how you are doing..
