Day 4- need support!!!

Well, the worst is over physically. 4 days without any pills. But last night was the worst as far as not being able to sleep. Which is weird, I figured it would get easier, not harder.
Anyway, I took a few sleeping pills and still couldn't sleep, so those pills are just making me all foggy today and I don't know what to do about that.
It would be so easy to pick up the phone right now and get a prescription called in for me...and my insurance would pay for it so it wouldn't cost me a thing. It would be soooo freakin' easy!
I need you guys to rally around me today. Mentally I'm not doing so great.
Thanks.

If you do get your prescription you will only have to go through the first three days all over again, I know I wouldnt want to do have to do that. I think the lack of sleep is normal for all withdrawal, insomnia definetly made me suffer in the first few days but my sleep has got better now its still not brilliant but its ok. Just hold on for a few more days and see if there is any improvment. Insomnia is a total nightmare but it wont kill you, your addiction will. Thinking of you and wishing you strength. x

Insomnia is one of those nagging problems that seems to linger for a while. Don't let it beat you down.

If you take pills again, it will just lead to more suffering and worse problems than insomnia. Hang in there. I know it is hard right now but you can do this.

Please keep us updated.

Well..you guessed my "tough" movie quote on Cafe Central *Lol*

I go there when I can't sleep too, kissme...

Or I watch TV or read.

Yeah, just hang in there..it takes awhile for normal sleep patterns to

adjust. I went off a script (as needed antidepressant for sleep)

with my doctor's approval..hated the way it made me feel in the mornings.

Groggy...and tired until the afternoon.

I was on here until 2 and 3 a.m. for awhile...then it evened out.

Hugs

Go excerising....that'll help you get tired and relaxed enough to fall asleep.

good luck, this addiction thing sucks and it's nasty but there is a way out....
