Day 2

Still here, still sticking with it. Had to take a few sleeping pills last night in order to get any rest. My main concern right now is the stomach cramping and constant chills.
I'm really, REALLY going to try to stay busy today.

Glad to hear you are sticking with it. Sorry about the physical discomfort, but it may help to know you don't have to go through it ever again.

oh no I think I'm starting to feel worse! Is that possible? To feel bad, then better, then worse again?

Sorry to hear you're having a tough time! Also sorry to hear you're having to take pills to sleep! I don't know much about pill addiction, I know a WHOLE lot about alcohol addiction. I had terrible sleep problems when I quit drinking, and didn't want to become addicted to 'medicine' sleeping pills, and tried sleep MD, works WONDERS for this typical insomniac, with not mediciny feeling. I'm not advertising, just offering a suggestion They're all natural and honestly beat any effectiveness of even 3 or 4 "real" sleeping pills of days gone by. Maybe it will work!

Feel better!!!
