I know exactly what you mean !! I have had to take several breaks in the last 5 years. Like you , I was getting too involved, and especially after trish died, I had to leave for a while. and have done so a few times
it is no good to anyone if we "isolate" on SR and dont get on with "living" our Sobriety .
Have a nice rest, and relax, see ya when you get back
