I don't mind laughing at myself. I'm good at it, actually. Keeps me in check. I sometimes take myself too damn seriously and need to step back and look at the big picture. So yeah, rule 62 is essential for good mental health.

Since I don't do AA, I had to google "RULE 62". I think it is a great rule!

Eclipse, I did AA daily for six months and I've never heard that one! Maybe it's a regional thing?

Good rule to live by, though.

I don't do AA....maybe that's the key to unlocking the Rule?!
