I am back.

Hi , not sure if any of you remember me. I have been drinkin since may 08 again and i have been progressively trying to limit my drinkin unsucessfully. Going to give up drinking again. Hard to have a clear head in the morning after 8+ beer in the evening. The mornings have been bad too wretching and tryin to keep composed. I should never have started drinkin again. Its such an addictive habit. I hope i last longer this time.

I remember one time when I was first in the program. I had two weeks and relapsed. I told a guy that I relapsed and he said well just maybe this time you can get two weeks and a day.

It has taken me 6 years to figure out that all we have is today. Glad you and I both made it back alive.

Amelie, I spent years trying to moderate. I could have been killed in the process. When I felt bad after many beers the night before, I'd sip a few before I went to work, then take some with me - that's when I knew I had to stop the insanity because controlling it was no longer possible. Glad you came back to us.
