I stopped doing the whole thanksgiving thing because my family seems to have scattered all over after my mom died....and I can't cook. The kids got their choice of Swiss Chalet (I know they'll have turkey there! lol) or East Side Mario's for thanksgiving....guess which one won?...it wasn't the turkey, let me tell ya! We spent the day going swimming at the "big" pool in town and then went to East Side's...and then off to my dad's empty home as he travels to the States. lol Kind of like a hotel I don't have to pay for...that counts as a vacation, doesn't it? At least he has internet here!
